Richard Cohn, (Vice-President) usually called Rick Cohn, is a
practicing Attorney, licensed in Illinois since 1988. He started his own
firm in September of 1993, which handles all aspects of a general
transactional law practice, with concentrations in real estate/title
clearance, estate planning, and corporate work. His clients range from
individuals, small business (various forms, such as LLCs, corporations,
sole proprietorships), condominium association, and a few charitable
organizations. Before starting his own firm, Rick worked for 4.5 years
as an associate attorney with a law firm Berger, Newmark & Fenchel,
P.C., located in Chicago, IL. He has also worked with Schiff, Hardin and
Hartunian, Futterman & Howard. Rick is also a licensed real estate
broker, obtaining his license in 1988. Beginning approximately 8 years
ago, he has worked as an independent real estate broker on a part time
basis. Rick is active in Chicago’s cultural community, including
involvement with the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Lyric Opera. He is a
member of the Chicago Estate Planning Council, the Illinois State Bar
Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Chicago Association of
Realtors.

Katherine
Corcoran is an Account Executive for Market Data Retrieval, a
division of Dun & Bradstreet and leading provider of marketing
information and services for the educational marketplace. Throughout her
career in sales and marketing, Kat has focused on building and
maintaining relationships. Since joining MDR in 2006, she has grown
existing relationships and developed new business opportunities which
have resulted in an area revenue increase of over 170%. In past
positions, Kat worked as a Major Account Manager for LexisNexis managing
the client relationships of Aon, Jones Lang LaSalle and Hewitt, among
others; and as a District Sales Manager for Ricoh Corporation managing
the dealer channel for their commercial color printer line in the
Pacific Northwest. Kat studied Literature and Art History at Lake Forest
College where she graduated with a B.A. in English. While at Lake Forest
she was a member of Garrick Players, the college’s theater troupe. Her
education also includes a summer studying Modern Drama and Screenwriting
at Harvard University.

Patrick Gallardo is a Senior Product Analyst for JPMorgan
Chase. He has held this position since 2002 and works as an interface
designer in the Treasury Internet Services Group. Patrick joined
JPMorgan Chase (then First Chicago) in 1999 as an Assistant Vice
President in the Commercial Banking Marketing Group. Prior to that he
held a number of roles in various marketing and internet-related
positions. He has served as a volunteer in multiple organizations
ranging from the Leukemia Lymphoma Society to the Board Beginners, an
organization he co-founded that provides guidance to other
not-for-profit arts organizations. Patrick has a B.A. in
Telecommunications, minor in Theater, from Indiana University. He
currently resides with his family in metropolitan Chicago.

Mark
Grazman is Senior Vice-President, Head of Strategy for CBIZ.
His duties including helping lead the Benefits and Insurance Division,
ranked #1 in the US by Business Insurance magazine for employee benefits
focused firms. CBIZ is also the 8th largest tax and
accounting firm in the US. Mark is also the Founder and Chairman of the
Board at BRINGO, a fast-moving internet company focused on combining
internet and telephone service. Previously he was Founder and President
at AHOJ, the 4th largest Polish web-site, sold to a publicly
listed company in Warsaw. Mark has served for tech and private equity
companies across the world including the Banque Nationale de Paris and
Barents Group. He is a former Adjunct Faculty member at the Duke,
Leadership in the Arts program where he taught a class on the economics
of the arts to public policy students.

Margaret Lakin is Associate Creative Director for Chicago-based
Aon Corporation, a global Fortune 250 company, which specializes in risk
management. At Aon, in addition to developing creative marketing
strategy, she directs Aon's news magazine, "Network," which has a
distribution of 30,000, and she is managing a brand re-launch in 120
countries. Previous to Aon, Margaret was the principal of "spottydog
studio," a creative consultancy. She has worked on projects for clients
ranging from PricewaterHouse Coopers, Glaxo Wellcome, Kraft and
McDonalds, to local groups such as the Chicago Health Executives Forum.
As part of her long association with The Hypocrites, Margaret has served
as a staff photographer, documenting the majority of Hypocrites'
productions since 2001. She is also managing director of a production
company, "American Myth Theater Co." which she co-manages with Gregory
Hardigan, a Hypocrites company member. She is a member of AIGA and has
been a panel speaker at the School of the Art Institute's conference on
"Career Issues in Art and Design."

Nyran Rose
Pearson (Secretary), a partner at the litigation firm of Cafferty
Faucher LLP, began her legal career in 1999 as law clerk to Oregon
Supreme Court Justice George A. Van Hoomissen. Since entering private
practice in 2001, Ms. Pearson has focused on representing consumers who
have been injured by anticompetitive or fraudulent conduct. She has
extensive experience in cases against major pharmaceutical companies in
both state and federal court, and is currently litigating In re
Insurance Brokerage Antitrust Litigation, a national multidistrict
proceeding against more than 100 insurers and insurance brokers alleged
to have conspired to create and maintain an anticompetitive pricing
structure for commercial insurance products. Ms. Pearson earned her
undergraduate degree cum laude from Illinois Wesleyan
University in 1995. She attended law school on a Graduate Teaching
Fellowship, and her law degree was conferred by the University of Oregon
in 1999. She has been admitted to practice before the courts of Oregon
and Illinois, as well as the United States District Court for the
Northern District of Illinois and the United States District Court for
the Southern District of Illinois. Ms. Pearson has served on the
Literacy Chicago Associate Board since 1994.

Alexander Gail Sherman (Treasurer) consults
to metropolitan institutions, focusing on the creative force of the
city. He applies collaborative and analytical methods to help leaders
enhance the impact of their missions and improve the world. Since
joining the Civic Consulting Alliance in 2005, Alexander has helped put
in place the most comprehensive U.S. effort to measure and increase
the performance of city government. Previously, he consulted to museums
and universities and served as the Assistant to the President of The
Field Museum. Alexander graduated from Princeton University and received
a masters from the University of Cambridge. He volunteers for several
boards, concentrating on museums, theater, and city life.

Jonny
Stax is a pianist, puppeteer, and promoter of the arts. Current
projects include opening a performance art gallery in Bucktown called
Dulcenea, starting up a number of cabaret acts around the city, and
joining the board of the Hypocrites Theater Company. Mr. Stax's day job,
under the identity of Jonathan Stacks, is as Campaign Manager for the
Illinois Campaign for Responsible Sex Education, a partnership of the
Illinois Caucus for Adolescent Health and Planned Parenthood/Chicago
Area. This statewide campaign is working to improve sex education in
Illinois schools through legislative and communtiy organizing. Their
most recent victory wasgetting Chicago Public Schools to pass a sweeping
mandate that all schools in the system teach a comprehensive approach to
sex education.

Bob Webb
(President) brings 20 years of experience in marketing and
advertising. He is a Vice President/Project Director at Leo Burnett USA,
where he manages creative teams that specialize in web development,
one-to-one marketing, direct mail, and retail promotions. Throughout his
career, at ad agencies, web delevelopment firms and startups, he has
focused on melding creative ideas with new technology to solve marketing
and communication challenges. He earned an MBA from the College of
William & Mary and studied Modern Drama as an undergrad at the
University of Virginia.
