Gregory Hardigan has been a Hypocrite since 2001 and has has appeared in their productions of The Cherry Orchard, Ajax, Arcadia, Blood Wedding, Henry 5, Machinal, Balm in Gilead, Leonce und Lena, True West, Cat on a Hot Tin Roof, Desire Under the Elms and Miss Julie.  

Other companies include A Red Orchid (The Hothouse), Writers’ Theatre (The Chosen), The Goodman (Till), Redmoon (Salao at Chicago Shakespeare, and Seagull at Steppenwolf), Shattered Globe (Dealer’s Choice, Of Mice and Men), Next (Far Away), Apple Tree (Incognito), Second City (Deep Freeze), and Collaboraction (writer and actor in Sketchbooks).  

As a playwright, his work has been performed in Chicago, Boston, New York, Washington DC, London, Melbourne and Sydney.  He also runs a theatre company, American Myth (www.american-myth.com), for which he has directed and produced a number of shows over the years.
